It is tradition and part of our Great Work, to give deeply. Both within our organization and without. The first lesson in our great principle is the attainment of honor through renunciation. To that end, SWL has set up a fundraising page to raise money for the Central Texas Food Bank.

This pandemic is placing a disproportionate financial strain and burden on many of our own members at SWL and members of our greater community. Let’s pull our resources together and help each other keep food on the table. The Central Texas Food Bank, while having some administrative costs, is still one of the best options for ensuring folks do not go hungry. I survived off food banks for a couple of years through college, and I would not have had enough food without them.

Whether you give a dollar or more, please give. You can also choose to deliver food items to the bank if you prefer not to give monies. Just let us know for recording purposes.
